Maximum capacity: 14 guests (including children)
Rental rates: (full day up to 7 hours): $1,400

Policies:
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Maximum occupancy of 14 guests is strictly enforced, including children.
- Reservations are based on availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date to avoid charges.
