Terms, Conditions and Policies
As a guest at Campbell’s Resort, you agree to be personally responsible and liable for (a) all charges incurred during your stay in the event the person, company or association identified on your Campbell’s registration form, if any, fails to pay the full amount of such charges and (b) all damage or loss that you (or those staying with you may cause Campbell’s Resort or its property, including all damage or loss caused to items in your guestroom, and any extraordinary cleaning required that is above and beyond what is normal and customary for housekeeping. You further acknowledge and agree that the activities and services that Campbell’s Resort and its staff may recommend from time to time during you stay may expose participants to dangers and risk and hereby agree to release Campbell’s Resort and its owners and employees from any claim, action, damage or expense that may result from my participation or use of such activities and services, except to the extent Campbell’s Resort was willful or reckless in making its recommendation.
Campbell’s Resort is not responsible for loss or damage of any valuables. Campbell’s Resort is also not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or watercraft parked or moored on resort property.
Campbell’s Resort does not allow pets.
For the health and safety of all of our guests we do not allow pets on property or in guests’ vehicles. There will be a minimum $200 cleaning fee charged for any type or evidence of a pet in the guest room. Please contact us for a list of reputable kennels in the area.
Campbell’s Resort is a NON SMOKING/VAPORIZING Resort.
We do not allow smoking/vaporizing of any form in the guest rooms, on the balconies, nor on the beach side of the property. There are designated smoking/vaporizing areas on the street side of the lodges. There will be a minimum $200 cleaning fee charged for evidence of smoking/vaporizing of any type in a guest room. Smoking/vaporizing marijuana anywhere on our resort property is prohibited.
Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
We will do our best to accommodate an early check in request, but cannot guarantee anything prior to 4pm. We have restrooms, some with showers, on property for guests to use if they would like to change. We encourage you to stop by the desk and pre-register for you to enjoy the property until your room is ready. Just pack a day bag with essentials and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car.
We have limited late check outs available, which are first come, first serve. Contact the office on the morning of your departure to check on the availability. We encourage you to enjoy the property after you have checked out until you are ready to go. Just pack a day bag with essentials and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Again, we have restrooms, some with showers, on property for guests to use if they would like to change.
Complimentary parking, wi-fi and no resort fee.
We offer complimentary parking and wireless internet to all of our guests. We do not charge a resort or hotel fee.
Minimum Night Stay Requirements
Memorial Day through September there is a four night minimum for Suites and Kitchen units as well as a two night minimum on all units for weekends. There is a three night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and Martin Luther King Jr Weekend). We may make exceptions if there is a gap in availability. Please call and one of our reservationists will assist you.
In order to secure reservations between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, an advance deposit in the amount of your first nights room and tax will be processed on the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your arrival, unless your reservation was made more than 6 months prior or is over a 3 day holiday weekend, whereby the cancellation policy is 1 month prior to your arrival. Failure to notify Campbell’s Resort within the specified time of cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a charge to the credit card.
Check-out prior to the specified check out date will be subject to an early departure charge as specified by the resort, up to a full day charge.
Extra Cleaning Charge
An additional cleaning charge may be levied for any extraordinary cleaning required that is above and beyond what is normal and customary for housekeeping.
Excessive late night noise that disturbs other resort guests is prohibited.
Campbell’s Resort is exclusively for registered guests only. I have read and understood the hotel’s Reservation Policies and agree with all terms and conditions outlined within.
