Many of the job opportunities at Campbell’s are seasonal to meet the needs of our peak season—spring through fall. We rely heavily on our seasonal team to learn quickly, jumping in with two feet to serve our guests with a great smile and genuine hospitality.

Campbell’s Resort offers limited internships to students in hospitality and culinary programs. Managers at Campbell’s are flexible to the specific needs of each student and work towards individualized goals. Students fill seasonal positions and are paid hourly for their internship.

|Front Desk/Night Auditor||Guest Service||During the Spring, Summer and Fall our Guest Service staff is a reliable, energetic, group of team players that are most comfortable when interacting and serving others. They converse easily with new people, smile a lot, and work well under pressure. They also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and in person. Problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as an attention to detail are very important to our team.|
Then, in the winter, this team member would transition to a Night Auditor. Night Auditors work the overnight shift—balancing the day’s activities, assisting guests, and running daily reports. Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and self-motivation to keep busy is imperative for this essential position.
|River Room Spa||Massage Therapist||Our Massage Therapists perform Swedish, deep tissue, and maternity massage plus an array of body treatment therapies with exceptional care for our clients. We look for professionals that demonstrate genuine care and are friendly, conversational, reliable, organized, conscientious and self-motivated.|
|River Room Spa||Nail Artist||Nail Artists at our day spa perform manicures and pedicures including French and Shellac polish for local and resort guests. These therapists converse with our guests making them feel relaxed and at ease during their experience at the spa. |Human Resources||Human Resource Director||The Human Resource Director is responsible for working with all Department Managers to satisfy the staffing needs at Campbell’s Resort. Campbell’s has unique employment needs with the“peak” summer leisure season from June–August and extended group “shoulder seasons” from May-June and September-October along with a long long-standing core staff the entire year. The policy at Campbell’s is to continually fill the employment pipeline with qualified candidates through constantly auditing applications and communication with returning employees. The Human Resource Director assists in communicating and maintaining benefit programs, industrial insurance claims,and compliance with Company, State, and Federal policies, procedures, and laws. |Spa||Spa Manager||The Spa Manager oversees, and is responsible for, all aspects of the daily operation of the Spa while advancing the mission of the Spa—to provide a spa experience that exceeds our customers’ expectations and enhances our Campbell’s Resort brand.
