Copper River Season is here! We are always one of the first in line to get this Pacific Northwest delicacy, so this year we are throwing a beach bash to celebrate its arrival. Bring your windbreakers, sunglasses, and appetite!

- Dinner will begin at approximately 6:30pm
- Dining style: long, family style tables
- All guests will receive a keepsake glass with our signature beer, Holden’s Golden IPA.
Menu (ticket includes wine pairing with each course):
- Opening course: Shaved asparagus caesar salad, bread & butter
- Main course: Copper River Salmon roasted on cedar planks with with creme fraiche, roasted asparagus, esquites (mexican street corn salad), micro cilantro
- Dessert course: Rhubarb Crisp
