Chaise lounges. We ask that all guests refrain from reserving lawn chairs without being present. If we are notified that a lawn chair has been “reserved” throughout the day, we will remove items on the unattended chair, bag them up and place them behind the lawn chair. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with this measure.
BBQs for all. The grills are resort property and intended for all of our guests. Please use the grills for your cooking, and then move away to allow use for the rest of our guests.
Resort Wristbands. Campbell’s Resort issues rubber wristbands to all resort guests. We work hard all year to make sure the property is well maintained and in prime condition for everyone staying with us. To ensure the property is being used by our resort guests, wristbands must be worn while on the waterfront side of the property. You will be asked to leave the beach side of the property if you are not wearing a wristband. Guests will be instructed to visit the front desk and charged $25 + tax to replace a lost wristband.
Floaties. We encourage you to bring personal floaties back to your patio or balcony. Unattended floaties are subject to removal by our team, especially if they obstruct any walking path or are on direct contact with grass. As always, for the safety of our guests, our policy is that there are no floaties allowed in the pools or hot tubs.
Cleanliness. If you pack it in, please pack it out. No littering on the resort grounds.
No smoking or vaping. No smoking/vaping on the waterfront side of the property. This includes guest room balconies and patios. Smoking is permitted at designated areas in the parking lot.
Amplified music. Loud music is not permitted on resort grounds. Music must be appropriate and played at a low volume.
Floating docks. Rocking the floating docks is unsafe. If the floating dock is tipped over we will enforce $1,500 fine to the responsible parties.
No more day guests. In order to make sure all of our guests have access to our amenities and have the best experience possible, we’ve made the difficult decision to no longer allow day guests. Only registered guests will be allowed on property. Visitors without a rubber resort wristband will be asked to leave.
Room moves. Guests who are moving to another room will need to check out of their current room by 11am. We cannot guarantee check in to the new room before 4pm. Guests will be responsible for packing and storing their own items.
Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We enforce these quiet hours for the benefit of the resort property and all of our guests. Failure to comply with this policy could result in immediate eviction.
Good neighbor. Be respectful to your fellow resort patrons and their families. We know that every guest is trying to have a good time. Please use appropriate language and refrain from loud profanity. We live by the Golden Rule, and hope you will, too.
No feeding ducks and geese. We promise, it’s for your own benefit to keep the lawn, beach, and lake clean!
Number of guests in a guest room. Guests will not be allowed to have more people in the room than the room can sleep. If a room has two queen beds, a maximum of four people will be allowed in the room.
Limited Housekeeping Stay Over service. Our housekeeping team will be providing a limited stay over service each day, unless we are instructed by the guest not to provide service. This means taking out the garbage, refreshing towels, coffee and soaps. This will occur between 9am and 12pm. If the housekeeping team is turned away, they will return the following day. Guests must be out of the guest room during service in our attempt to limit contact. All guest room supplies will be available at the front desk 24 hours a day.
Late check out requests. Due to expanded cleaning procedures, there will be no late check outs. Check out is at 11am. Guests are encouraged to use the property until 4pm. There are showers and restroom facilities to use while on property.
