Chelan’s own Joe Harris is competing in the NBA All Star Game three point contest this year. He is one of eight NBA players selected to participate in the event. Past winners include Larry Bird, Ray Allen, Dirk Nowitzki, Kyrie Irving, and Steph Curry. Watch a local guy take his shot at making history.
