The River Room features 1,000 square feet of flexible meeting space with a 9-foot ceiling and dimensions of 25’ x 40’, ideal for smaller gatherings or breakout sessions.

The Park Room is a larger venue with 2,400 square feet, a 9-foot ceiling, and dimensions of 24’ x 100’, accommodating up to 200 guests in a theater-style setup—perfect for conferences, banquets, or large group events.

For extended stays or family lodging, the Mattson Rooms provide spacious, non-standard accommodations with unique layouts, full kitchens, and views of the lake or downtown. These rooms are not available to book online, so please contact the front desk for availability.

There is no lifeguard on duty at our beach and pool areas. We ask that you supervise your children at all times at the beach, pool and adjacent play areas and remind guests to use caution and common sense when diving into the lake or pool. Our hot tubs, open daily from 8 AM to 11 PM, provide a peaceful place to relax while taking in beautiful views of Lake Chelan and the resort property. Pool towels are conveniently located in the storage closet at each hot tub and pool.

Lodge 5 Beach units at Campbell’s Resort feature two-bedroom accommodations with full kitchens and patios just steps from the lake. Guests can access these units via stairs or without stairs through the lower Lodge 5 parking area.

Lodge 5 Terrace at Campbell’s Resort features 1- and 2-bedroom units with full kitchens, perfect for extended stays or family getaways. This two-story building offers stair-only access and all rooms include a lake-view balcony or patio. A shuffleboard court is located just outside the building for added fun.

The Auxiliary Lot at Campbell’s Resort is located just across the street and provides convenient overflow parking and seasonal boat storage for guests.
