• No cancellation penalties will be applied if canceled more than five (5) business days from the date of the event.
• 25% cancellation penalty will be applied within four (4) business days from the date of the event.
• 50% cancellation penalty will be applied within three (3) business days from the date of the event.
• Cancellations will not be accepted within 72-hrs of the event. If the cancellation is made within 72-hrs, the full amount will be charged.
• A decrease in party size upon arrival may result in a cancellation penalty for those guests.
• The buffet cannot be packaged to-go for any no show guests, nor will a credit be applied.
• You may cancel by phone or online – please note that Eventbrite’s ticketing fees will not be refunded.
